目的:建立血防防护膏的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对处方中氯硝柳胺进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇-水(85∶15)为流动相,检测波长为225 nm,流速为1 ml·min~(-1),对处方中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯进行含量测定。结果:血防防护膏中氯硝柳胺薄层色谱鉴别特征明显,专属性强;邻苯二甲酸二丁酯含量测定线性范围为0.282 6~1.4301 mg·ml~(-1)(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.76%,RSD为1.8%(n=6)。结论:薄层色谱鉴别和含量测定方法准确可行,重复性好,可有效地控制血防防护膏的质量。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of blood protection cream. Methods: Niclosamide was identified by TLC in this study. The mobile phase was methanol-water (85:15) with a detection wavelength of 225 nm and a flow rate of 1 ml · min-1 using high performance liquid chromatography ~ (-1), the content of dibutyl phthalate in the prescription was determined. Results: The thin layer chromatogram of niclosamide in blood-protective cream showed obvious specificity and strong specificity. The linear range of dibutyl phthalate was 0.282 6-1.4301 mg · ml -1 (r = 0.9999) , The average recovery was 98.76%, RSD was 1.8% (n = 6). Conclusion: TLC identification and determination method is accurate and feasible, good repeatability, which can effectively control the quality of blood protection protective cream.
