一、概况: 六十年代起,一些工业发达的国家在地下工程和采矿业方面,为了进行强化开采,推广应用了内燃无轨成套设备。这些设备生产率高、灵活机动、行驶速度快,大大地节省了掘进的循环时间,它与目前的矿山掘进和地下工程的开拓相比,采矿效率可提高10~15倍,工艺设备可简化50%,基建投资节约30~40%,建设速度可提高一倍左右。内燃无轨成套设备按掘进工艺顺序,配备了五种不同的设备。它是:凿岩台车、装药车、喷射台车、装载机和自卸汽车,并由这五台设备组成一个循环作业组。共中PCH6型混凝土喷射台车是由扬州机械厂、常德机械厂、国家建委建机所共同设计由扬州机械厂负责制造的。该机于1980年12月由国家建委、一机部、冶金部、农机部的有关司局主持,在我国某铜矿召开了鉴定会。
I. Overview: Since the 1960s, some industrially developed countries in the underground engineering and mining industries have promoted the use of internal combustion non-railway complete sets of equipment in order to carry out enhanced mining. These devices have high productivity, flexibility and speed, and greatly save the cycle time of excavation. Compared with the current development of mine excavation and underground engineering, the mining efficiency can be improved by 10 to 15 times, and the process equipment can be simplified by 50%. Capital construction investment can save 30 to 40%, and the construction speed can be doubled. The internal combustion non-railway complete sets of equipment are equipped with five different types of equipment according to the order of the excavation process. It is: rock drilling trolleys, loading vehicles, injection trolleys, loaders and dump trucks, and consists of these five devices to form a recycling group. A total of PCH6 type concrete injection trucks were jointly designed by Yangzhou Machinery Factory, Changde Machinery Factory, and the National Construction Committee Construction Machinery Institute and were manufactured by Yangzhou Machinery Factory. The aircraft was presided over by the relevant bureaus of the State Construction Commission, the Ministry of Metallurgy, and the Ministry of Agricultural Machinery in December 1980, and an appraisal meeting was held at a copper mine in China.
