以水蒸气蒸馏提油、超声醇提、减压浓缩后得到的五味子木脂素粗提液为原料,用溶剂萃取法对五味子木脂素进行提取.选择了合适的萃取溶剂,探讨了石油醚萃取五味子木脂素机理.结果表明,此萃取过程为分子萃取,过程动力学为扩散控制.考察了相比、萃取温度、时间、搅拌速度及萃取级数对五味子木脂素萃取率的影响.在单因素实验的基础上选择萃取温度、萃取时间和搅拌速率为影响因子,用响应面分析法优化五味子木脂素的萃取纯化工艺条件为萃取时间16min,萃取温度41℃,搅拌速率520r/min,在此条件下,其萃取率达92.75%.纯化物中五味子醇甲含量为14.74%,五味子甲素含量为2.52%,五味子乙素含量为8.33%.

The extraction and purification conditions of Schisandra lignans were optimized by response surface analysis. The extraction conditions were: extraction time 16 min, extraction temperature 41 ℃, stirring rate 520 r / min , Under this condition, the extraction rate was 92.75% .The content of schisandrin in the purified product was 14.74%, the content of Schisandrin A was 2.52%, and the content of Schisandrin B was 8.33%.
