目的研究牡丹皮有效成分丹皮酚和芍药苷重组方对家兔血小板聚集和凝血功能的影响。方法采用比浊法以及凝血时间的检测方法对各项指标进行测定。结果丹皮酚和芍药苷配伍的高(丹皮酚50 mg.kg-1+芍药苷12.5 mg.kg-1)、中(丹皮酚25 mg.kg-1+芍药苷6.25 mg.kg-1)、低(丹皮酚12.5 mg.kg-1+芍药苷3.125 mg.kg-1)剂量组均能显著抑制胶原、二磷酸腺苷、花生四烯酸诱导的家兔血小板聚集;丹芍配伍高、中剂量组能明显延长血浆凝血酶时间及全凝血时间。结论牡丹皮有效成分丹皮酚和芍药苷重组方对家兔血小板聚集和凝血功能均有改善作用,为其临床应用提供了理论依据。
Objective To study the effect of paeonol and paeoniflorin on platelet aggregation and coagulation in rabbits. Methods Nephelometry and clotting time were used to determine the indexes. Results Paeonol and paeoniflorin compatibility (paeonol 50 mg.kg-1 + paeoniflorin 12.5 mg.kg-1), medium (paeonol 25 mg.kg-1 + paeoniflorin 6.25 mg.kg-1 ), Low (paeonol 12.5 mg.kg-1 + paeoniflorin 3.125 mg.kg-1) dose group can significantly inhibit collagen, adenosine diphosphate, arachidonic acid induced platelet aggregation in rabbits; Dan Shao compatibility High and medium dose groups can significantly prolong the plasma thrombin time and full coagulation time. Conclusion Paeonol and paeoniflorin, the active constituents of Cortex Moutan, can improve platelet aggregation and coagulation in rabbits, and provide a theoretical basis for its clinical application.
