目的:比较虎杖与氨力农对急性缺氧性肺动脉高压动物模型血流动力学、纤溶系统及肺功能的作用。方法:观察静脉注射虎杖、氨力农注射液对急性缺氧性猪血流动力学、血中纤溶系统及肺功能指标的影响,并进行比较。结果:虎杖和氨力农组肺动脉压与用药前比较均显著下降(P<0.01),心搏指数有所增加,但差异无显著性(P>0.05)。组织型纤溶酶原激活剂含量(t-PA)虎杖组用药后较用药前显著增加(P<0.05),氨力农组用药后变化不明显(P>0.05)。血浆纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物含量(PAI)虎杖组用药后较用药前有所下降,但差异无显著性(P>0.05),氨力农组变化不明显(P>0.05)。虎杖组肺顺应性有所增加,呼吸功有所下降,氨力农组变化不明显。结论:虎杖和氨力农均可明显降低缺氧引起的肺动脉高压,有增加心输出量趋势。虎杖能部分增强纤溶系统活性,并有增加肺的顺应性,减少呼吸功趋势。
Objective: To compare the effects of Polygonum cuspidatum and Amrinon on hemodynamics, fibrinolytic system and lung function in acute hypoxic pulmonary hypertension model. Methods: The effects of Polygoni multiflori (Polygoni cuspidatum) and Aminonol injection on the hemodynamics, fibrinolytic system and pulmonary function of acute hypoxic pigs were observed and compared. Results: The pulmonary arterial pressures in both Polygonum cuspidatum and amrinone groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.01), while the cardiac index was increased, but the difference was not significant (P> 0.05). The content of tissue-type plasminogen activator (t-PA) in Polygonum cuspidatum group was significantly higher than that before treatment (P <0.05), while the change was not significant after treatment with amrinone group (P> 0.05). Plasma PAI inhibitor content (PAI) decreased after treatment in Polygonum cuspidatum group, but no significant difference was found (P> 0.05). The change of PAI group was not significant (P> 0.05). Polygonum cuspidatum group increased lung compliance, decreased respiratory work, ammonia force farming group did not change significantly. Conclusion: Polygonum cuspidatum and amrinone can significantly reduce pulmonary hypertension induced by hypoxia and increase cardiac output. Polygonum cuspidatum can partially enhance the activity of fibrinolytic system, and increase lung compliance, reduce the trend of respiratory work.
