小组合作学习,是一种目前在中职校专业教学中较为盛行的教学方式。其方法是将班级学生分成几组,组员应是不同等次学生合理搭配,针对问题,以小组共同学习为主要形式的教学方式。通过一个学期的探索尝试,认识到小组合作学习方式不仅能促进学生认知、情感发展,而且有助于提高中职学生的竞争与合作的能力。对中职生走上工作岗位后更快融入团队,自主发展有一定的作用。 Group cooperative learning is a teaching method currently prevailing in secondary vocational schools. The method is divided into several groups of class students, members should be equal number of students with reasonable, for the problem, the group to learn together as the main form of teaching methods. Through a semester of exploration attempts, I realized that group cooperative learning can not only promote students’ cognitive and emotional development, but also help enhance the ability of secondary vocational students to compete and cooperate. The secondary vocational school students embarked on the post into the team faster, independent development has a certain role.
