采用溶液聚合法制备防潮型高吸水树脂,以丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)为单体,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NMBA)为交联剂,过硫酸钾(KPS)和亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂,乙二醇二缩水甘油醚和1,4-丁二醇为二次交联剂制备吸水树脂。通过红外、热重和光学显微镜等技术对吸水树脂的结构和形貌进行表征,以及对吸水树脂的吸水性能和吸湿性能进行测试。结果表明:二次交联剂的加入可以在吸水树脂表面形成一层高度交联的表面层,且在乙二醇二缩水甘油醚和1,4-丁二醇复配比为1∶1时,吸湿倍率最低,较普通高吸水树脂吸湿率下降75%。
The water-absorbing superabsorbent resin was prepared by solution polymerization. Acrylic acid (AA), acrylamide (AM) as monomer, N, N’-methylenebisacrylamide (NMBA) as crosslinking agent, potassium persulfate ) And sodium bisulfite as initiator, ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether and 1,4-butanediol as secondary crosslinking agent to prepare water-absorbent resin. The structure and morphology of the water-absorbent resin were characterized by infrared, thermogravimetry and optical microscopy. The water absorption and hygroscopicity of the water-absorbent resin were tested. The results show that the addition of secondary crosslinking agent can form a highly cross-linked surface layer on the surface of water-absorbent resin. When the ratio of ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether and 1,4-butanediol is 1: 1 , The lowest moisture absorption rate, lower than the ordinary high water absorption resin absorption rate decreased 75%.
