IT项目的需求不明确、利益相关方众多及项目交付物不直观等特点决定了IT项目的开发与实施过程充满了不确定性,而这些不确定性往往会对IT项目的主要目标(范围、工期、成本与质量)造成负面影响。采用货币值评价法描述IT项目面临的风险,可以在各种风险之间进行统一的比对分析,进而对IT项目所面临的风险进行有效管理。首先分析如何在IT项目前期给出相应的风险预算,然后描述如何对IT项目执行过程中面临的风险进行监控。
The uncertainty of IT project development and implementation process due to the lack of clear requirements of IT projects, the large number of stakeholders, and the non-intuitive delivery of IT projects often lead to uncertainty about the main objectives of the IT project (scope, Duration, cost and quality) have a negative impact. Using currency valuation method to describe the risks faced by IT projects, a unified comparison and analysis can be conducted among various risks so as to effectively manage the risks faced by IT projects. It begins with an analysis of how to present the appropriate risk budget in the early stages of an IT project and then describes how to monitor the risks that the IT project is exposed to.
