在当今社会里,无论是哪个国家,人才都展示着一个国家的经济状况与综合竞争能力,所以说二十一世纪的竞争实际上就是人才的竞争。作为事业单位担负着社会服务职能与社会责任的双层义务,人才的管理显得更加重要。但是近资料表明在事业单位里,有近五分之一的优秀人员跳槽,这种舍弃人人都羡慕的工作岗位跳入央企、大型国企、甚至私企应该引起有关部门的高度重视,因为它关系到事业单位今后的经济运用与社会效应,也关系到今后的国家整体运行维度,所以分析上述问题存在的原因并加以有效的改进具有现实意义,本人想结合自己的工作性质谈谈个人肤浅的看法,希望对今后事业单位的人力资源管理起到小小的作用。
In today’s society, no matter which country and every talent demonstrates the economic conditions and comprehensive competitiveness of a country, the competition in the 21st century is actually a competition for talent. As a public institution undertakes the dual obligation of social service function and social responsibility, talent management becomes even more important. However, recent data show that in the public institutions, nearly one-fifth of the outstanding people have switched jobs. The envy of all those who abandon the work of all people into the central enterprises, large state-owned enterprises, and even private enterprises should cause the relevant departments attach great importance because of its relationship Therefore, it is of practical significance to analyze the reasons for the above problems and to effectively improve them. I would like to talk with my personal superficial opinions in light of the nature of my work , Hoping to play a minor role in the future management of human resources in public institutions.
