本文采用自体骨髓体外高热联合干扰素净化方法.对1例慢性粒细胞白血病及1例恶性淋巴瘤病人行自体骨髓移植术。每毫升骨髓干扰素含量300U,骨髓处理温度控制在43℃,70min。水后骨髓造血未见延迟恢复。一例病人已恢复工作1.5年。提示该净化方法简单、有效.可在基层单位推广。
This article uses autologous bone marrow in vitro hyperthermia combined with interferon purification method. Autologous bone marrow transplantation was performed in 1 patient with chronic myeloid leukemia and 1 patient with malignant lymphoma. The content of interferon in each milliliter of marrow was 300 U, and the bone marrow processing temperature was controlled at 43° C. for 70 minutes. There was no delayed recovery of bone marrow hematopoiesis after water. One patient has resumed work for 1.5 years. This method is simple and effective. Can be promoted in grassroots units.
