该文报导了用简易拉丝——轧带工艺制取TBSCCO/Ag复合带长样的研究结果,着重研究了轧制过程中道次变形量对TBSCCO/Ag超导带Jc的影响.增大道次变形量有利于Jc值的提高。采用一道次变形量70~80%,轧制2m长的TBSCCO/Ag复合带,经830℃热处理后,该长样的Jc值达到8200A/cm~2(78K,oT)
This paper reports the results of a long sample of TBSCCO / Ag composite strip prepared by a simple drawing-rolling process, and focuses on the influence of the amount of pass deformation on the TcCCO / Ag superconducting tape Jc during the rolling process. Deformation is conducive to the improvement of Jc value. The TcCCO / Ag composite strip with a length of 2m was rolled by a secondary deformation of 70-80%. After heat treatment at 830 ℃, the Jc value of the long sample reached 8200A / cm 2 (78K, oT)
