目的观察案例教学法(CBL教学法)对提升“3+2助理全科医师”中医临床能力的效果。方法将31名学生采用随机数字表法分为观察组16名和对照组15名。对照组接受传统教学法(LBL教学法),观察组接受LBL结合CBL教学法。结果观察组文献检索、提出问题、归纳和总结问题、临床思维、病例分析等能力均优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),2组出科考试成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CBL教学法在“3+2助理全科医师”中医临床能力的提升方面效果满意。
Objective To observe the effect of case teaching method (CBL teaching method) on improving the clinical ability of “3 + 2 assistant general practitioners”. Methods Totally 31 students were divided into observation group (16) and control group (15) using random number table. The control group received the traditional teaching method (LBL teaching method), and the observation group received LBL combined with CBL teaching method. Results The ability of the observation group to search, raise questions, summarize and summarize the problems, clinical thinking and case analysis were superior to those of the control group (P <0.05, P <0.01), and there was no significant difference between the two groups in the examination scores (P> 0.05). Conclusion The CBL teaching method is satisfactory in improving the clinical ability of Chinese medicine practitioners in "3 + 2 assistant general practitioners.
