《黔志》一书,本为《广志绎》卷五《西南诸省》之贵州部分,由曹溶单独抽出,收入《学海类编》之中。今流传较广者,皆此本也。然士性一生著述颇多,叙事范围甚广,除曹溶以《黔志》冠名之专篇外,其他文字涉及贵州者亦复不少,值得认真搜考辑录,以飨广大读者。兹就此篇而论,则约有以下三端:一、一为概述全国地理人文形势而兼及黔省者。如《广志绎》卷一《方舆崖略》为全国地理之综括性总叙,其中即有不少内容涉及贵州,多为比勘对照各地自然人文或风俗物产 “Guizhou” a book, the “Kwong Chi Yi” Volume five “provinces of Southwest Guizhou part of Cao Sol separately drawn, income” classics “.
