目的:了解养老机构护理员人文关怀品质的现状,分析其影响因素,为养老护理员人文关怀品质培训提供方向,以满足入住老人的心理和精神需求。方法:采用方便抽样法,对宁波市120名养老机构护理员进行人文关怀品质问卷调查,并用多元逐步回归法分析其影响因素。结果:本次调研养老护理员人文关怀品质总分为(120.18±11.25)分。单因素分析显示,不同宗教信仰、是否接受人文培训及家人的关心程度在护理员人文关怀品质得分差异上有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元逐步回归分析显示,影响护理员人文关怀品质的因素包括宗教信仰(P=0.011)、接受人文培训(P=0.005)、家人的关心(P=0.009)。结论:宁波市机构养老护理员的人文关怀品质呈中高水平,有宗教信仰、接受过人文培训及家人较关心的,其人文关怀品质得分较高。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the status quo of humane care quality of caregivers in pension institutions and to analyze their influencing factors so as to provide direction for humane care quality training of caregivers in order to meet the psychological and spiritual needs of seniors. Methods: Convenient sampling method was adopted to investigate the humanistic care quality of the caregivers of 120 elderly institutions in Ningbo, and the influencing factors were analyzed by multivariate stepwise regression analysis. Results: The total score of humane care quality of nursing care workers in this study was (120.18 ± 11.25) points. Univariate analysis showed that different religious beliefs, whether receiving humanities training and their family members’ care degree had significant differences (P <0.05) in nursing caregivers’humanistic care quality scores. Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the quality of humane caregivers Factors include religious beliefs (P = 0.011), humanistic training (P = 0.005), family concerns (P = 0.009). Conclusion: The humanistic care quality of nursing staff in Ningbo institutions is medium and high, religious belief, humanistic training and their family members are more concerned about, and their humane care quality score is higher.
