This paper is a study of the correlation between the spatial symmetry breaking and the intrinsic parity of the critical eigenstate for the spherical reaction-diffusion systems with a general non-linear biochemical reaction scheme. The effects of microenvironment on the ehiral symmetry breaking in biochemical systems are discussed and special attention paid to the selection rules, sensitivity and matching of chirality between the system and environment.
