目的 :探讨灭活SARS冠状病毒疫苗对小鼠是否有损伤作用。方法 :用灭活SARS冠状病毒分别免疫BALB/c和C5 7BL/ 6小鼠 ;ELISA法检测小鼠血清中抗SARS冠状病毒抗体水平 ;免疫 8周后取小鼠各脏器 ,观察其病理形态学改变。结果 :免疫 8d后 ,小鼠血清中就可检测到特异的IgM、IgG抗体 ;组织切片染色观察 ,可见少数小鼠肺及肝组织出现轻度损伤 ,其他脏器未见病变。结论 :SARS冠状病毒灭活疫苗可诱导小鼠产生特异性抗体 ,同时没有造成严重的器官损伤。这将为SARS疫苗进入临床研究打下基础
Objective: To investigate whether inactivated SARS-CoV vaccine can damage mice. Methods: BALB / c and C5 7BL / 6 mice were immunized with inactivated SARS coronavirus respectively. Anti-SARS coronavirus antibody levels in sera of mice were detected by ELISA. Eight weeks after immunization, the organs of mice were sacrificed and their pathological changes were observed Learning to change. Results: After 8 days of immunization, specific IgM and IgG antibodies could be detected in the serum of mice. Tissue section staining showed that a small number of mouse lung and liver tissues were mildly damaged and no lesions were observed in other organs. Conclusion: SARS coronavirus inactivated vaccine can induce mice to produce specific antibodies without causing serious organ damage. This will lay the foundation for SARS vaccine to enter clinical research
