目的 对蒙药沙芥(Pugionium cornutum(L. ) Gaertn.)中的含氮类成分进行研究,为其资源开发与利用提供依据.方法 综合应用大孔吸附树脂、正相硅胶、反相ODS和Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱以及高效液相色谱法对沙芥中含氮类成分进行分离纯化,并结合单体成分的理化性质与核磁共振波谱数据鉴定其结构.结果从沙芥的体积分数70%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了 10个含氮类成分,分别为5-(methylsulfinyl)-pentanenitrile(1)、2-苯乙基芥子油苷(2) 、2-phenylethyl-desulphoglucosinolate(3)、N-methoxyl-3-indolymethyldesulphoglucosi-nolate(4)、arvelexin(5)、cappariloside A(6)、L-色氨酸(7)、L-苯丙氨酸(8)、3-phenylpropanamide(9)、腺苷(10).结论在对沙芥化学成分的研究过程中,分离鉴定了 10个含氮类单体成分.其中,化合物1 ~7、9、10为首次从该属植物中分离得到,并首次报道了化合物2的核磁共振波谱数据.“,”As one kind of the traditional food for Mongolian people for thousands of years,Pugionium cornutum L. Gaertn,exhibits the bioactivity to promote digestion. Meanwhile,as the barier of wind and sand, P. cornutum has drawn more and more attention of the researchers around the world. While there hasn't been enough studies about it. With the help of multiple chromatographic and spectroscopic methods, ten compounds containing nitrogen atoms in their chemical structures, 5-(methylsulfinyl)-pentanenitrile (1), phenylethyl glucosinolate (2 ),2-phenylethyl-desulphoglucosinolate (3 ), N-methoxyl-3-indolymethyldesul phoglucosinolate(4),arvelexin(5), cappariloside A(6),L-tryptophan(7),L-phenylalanine (8),3-phenyl propanamide(9),adenosine(10) were isolated and identified. Among them,compounds 1-7,9,10 were obtained from Pugionium genus firstly, and the NMR data of 2 was reported for the first time.
