为更好反应地震对门机造成的影响,以大跨度门机为例建立有限元模型。采用多维多点的地震输入方式对大跨度门机进行平稳随机地震分析,分别在行波效应、局部场地效应和相干效应作用下对门机的位移和应力响应规律进行分析比较。计算结果表明:与一致激励相比,行波效应和局部场地效应下的地震激励对门机的最大应力分别增大了8.38%和10.15%;完全不相干效应会使门机的最大应力减少5.58%;由此可得到结论,忽略地震动空间效应会使门机的分析结果有很大的偏差。
In order to better reflect the impact of earthquakes on the door machine, the finite element model is established by taking the long-span door machine as an example. The multi-dimensional and multi-point seismic input method is used to carry out the stochastic random earthquake analysis of long-span gantry crane. The displacement and stress response of gantry crane are analyzed and compared under the action of traveling wave, local field and coherence respectively. The calculated results show that the maximum stress of door machine is increased by 8.38% and 10.15% respectively compared with that of uniform excitation, and the maximum stress of door machine is reduced by 5.58% due to the complete irrelevant effect. ; It can be concluded that ignoring the spatial effect of ground motions will make the door machine analysis results have great deviations.
