结合川西大桥和福建省部分桥梁加固项目,对钢筋混凝土梁采用不同厚度、不同强度等级的钢板加固正截面受弯破坏性试验,分析研究了粘钢加固梁的破坏特征、承载能力和抗裂性。试验结果表明:采用压力注胶法粘贴钢板能够大幅度提高梁构件的抗弯承载力;采用钢板加固时,要特别注意避免发生剥离脆性破坏;梁底粘贴钢板可有效约束保护层混凝土,抑制裂缝的发展,并提高加固梁的刚度。
Combined with some bridge reinforcement projects in Sichuan-Sichuan Bridge and Fujian Province, tests on the integrity failure of reinforced concrete beams strengthened by steel plates with different thicknesses and different strength grades were carried out. The failure characteristics, bearing capacity and crack resistance . The test results show that the use of pressure injection method can greatly improve the flexural strength of beam members. When using steel plate reinforcement, special attention should be paid to avoid the brittle failure caused by peeling; the steel plate attached to the beam bottom can effectively restrain the concrete layer and prevent the cracks The development and increase the rigidity of the reinforced beam.
