目的评价重庆市天海公司生产的UW2000全自动尿液工作站性能。方法采用UW2000全自动尿液工作站对尿液有形成分[红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)]的批内、批间精密度,线性,携带污染率,准确度进行评价;同时对尿液干化学成分的批内、批间精密度,准确度进行评价。结果尿液有形成分高、中、低值新鲜标本批内精密度RBC为15.6%、6.8%、20.3%,WBC为16.4%、10.5%、24.6%,中、低值质控批间精密度RBC为12.8%、13.2%,WBC为15.3%、22.8%;RBC线性范围为88~19 513个/μL,相关系数为0.991,WBC线性范围为7~8 254个/μL,相关系数为0.997;RBC及WBC携带污染率分别为0.00%、0.06%;RBC、WBC仪器检测与手工检测相关系数分别为0.992、0.995。尿液干化学成分高、低质控品批内、批间精密度符合率,准确度基本均在仪器要求范围内。结论 UW2000全自动尿液分析仪工作站大大节约了人力,降低了检测成本,提高了检测速度,经验证的项目结果可靠,能满足一般医院的工作需求,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the performance of UW2000 automatic urine workstation produced by Chongqing Tianhai Company. Methods UW2000 automatic urine workstation was used to evaluate the intra-and inter-batch precision, linearity, carryover contamination rate and accuracy of the visible components of urine [RBC, WBC] The chemical composition of intra-batch, inter-batch precision, accuracy evaluation. Results The intra-batch precision of RBC was 15.6%, 6.8% and 20.3% in urine samples of high, medium and low urine samples, 16.4%, 10.5% and 24.6% in WBC, RBC was 12.8%, 13.2%, WBC was 15.3% and 22.8% respectively. The linear range of RBC was 88-19131 / μL, the correlation coefficient was 0.991, the linear range of WBC was 7-8 254 / μL, the correlation coefficient was 0.997. The carrying rates of RBC and WBC were 0.00% and 0.06%, respectively. The correlation coefficients between RBC and WBC were 0.992 and 0.955 respectively. Urine dry chemical composition of high and low quality control within the batch, the precision between the batch rate, the accuracy of the basic requirements of the instrument. Conclusion UW2000 automatic urine analyzer workstations greatly save manpower, reduce the cost of testing and improve the detection speed, validated the project results are reliable and can meet the general hospital needs of the work, with high clinical value.
