载货车纵梁的变截面设计有利于轻量化,在中、轻型卡车中广泛应用。但纵梁变截面区域的变形不均匀,腹面翘曲和扭曲缺陷明显,严重影响车架装配的质量,给生产带来极大困难。本文对解放某型载货车纵梁回弹进行了数值模拟,根据分析结果在纵梁模具上对翘曲和扭曲回弹进行了补偿,将纵梁的翘曲误差由15mm降低到2.5mm,扭曲误差由5mm降低到0.5mm,实验结果表明,纵梁成形精度得到大幅度提升。
The variable cross-section design of the truck’s longitudinal girder is advantageous for light weight and is widely used in medium and light trucks. However, the deformation of the longitudinal cross-section area is not uniform, the warp and distortion of the ventral surface are obvious, seriously affecting the quality of the frame assembly, which brings great difficulties to the production. In this paper, the springback of longitudinal beam of a certain type of truck is simulated and the warpage and torsional springback are compensated on the longitudinal beam mold according to the analysis results. The warping error of the longitudinal beam is reduced from 15mm to 2.5mm, The distortion error is reduced from 5mm to 0.5mm. The experimental results show that the forming accuracy of the stringer has been greatly improved.
