二十余年的学校教育生涯,有很多收获,也遇到很多坎坷。回想曾经做过的工作,包括对待学生的态度和教育方式,当时认为是非常正确的,现在想起来不禁汗颜。不管是出于哪方面的原因,这些过失都值得我们深思总结,以避免类似的事情再度发生。 More than 20 years of schooling career, there are many gains, but also encountered many ups and downs. Looking back on what I have done before, including my attitude towards and treatment of students, was considered very correct at the time and I can not help but think of it now. No matter for what reason, these mistakes are worth our deep pondering, in order to avoid similar things happen again.
