目的了解石家庄市餐饮具集中消毒单位现状。方法根据《餐饮具集中消毒单位卫生监督规范(试行)》进行现场检查,填写检查表。结果石家庄市69家餐饮具集中消毒单位,9家单位合格,46家存在问题,14家由于经营不善自行停业。结论餐饮具消毒单位准入门槛太低,法律法规缺陷,执法困难,餐饮具消毒单位现状不容乐观。建议完善法律法规,提高准入门槛,加强不同部门之间的沟通联系,建立好通报、公告制度。
Objective To understand the status quo Shijiazhuang City tableware disinfection units. Methods According to the “hygiene supervision of catering units concentrated disinfection unit (Trial)” on-site inspection, fill out the checklist. Results Shijiazhuang 69 catering units concentrated disinfection units, nine units qualified, 46 problems, 14 due to poor management of their own business. Conclusion Tableware disinfection unit access threshold is too low, the laws and regulations, law enforcement difficulties, the current status of the tableware disinfection is not optimistic. It is suggested to improve laws and regulations, raise barriers to entry, strengthen communication and liaison among different departments, and establish a system of notification and announcement.
