用提拉法生长了多种掺杂LiNbO3晶体 ,测定了压电性能和声表面波性能 ,结果表明 ,Sr∶LiNbO3和Ti∶LiNbO3较纯LiNbO3晶体压电系数有较大增加 ,其他压电性能基本保持不变。首次发现其声表面波性能提高 ,尤其是延时温度系数明显降低 ,可见 ,Sr∶LiNbO3和Ti∶LiNbO3晶体对制备高质量声表面波 (SAW )器件具有重要意义
A variety of doped LiNbO3 crystals were grown by Czochralski method. The piezoelectric properties and surface acoustic wave properties were measured. The results show that the piezoelectric properties of Sr: LiNbO3 and Ti: LiNbO3 are larger than those of pure LiNbO3. Other piezoelectric properties Maintain unchanged. It was found for the first time that the surface acoustic wave properties were improved, especially the delay temperature coefficient was significantly reduced. It can be seen that the Sr: LiNbO3 and Ti: LiNbO3 crystals are of great significance for the preparation of high quality SAW devices
