为了建立一支营养工作队伍,使"儿童营养监测与改善"项目能顺利执行。中国预防医学科学院营养与食品卫生研究所和27个省、自治区卫生防疫站或食检所及101个项目县合作,采用分级培训办法,经过两年多时间,培训各级营养工作人员10565名。为评价培训效果,对684名受培训人员进行了通信调查。70%以上的人对培训的12个主要问题回答正确。62.7%的人参加了营养现场工作。16.4%~43.4%的人能将所学的营养改善措施应用于现场工作。
In order to establish a nutrition work force, the “Children’s Nutrition Monitoring and Improvement” project can be implemented smoothly. The Institute of Nutrition and Food Hygiene, Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine, cooperates with 27 provinces, autonomous regions and epidemic prevention stations or food inspection centers and 101 project counties, and adopts a graded training method. After more than two years, it has trained 10,565 nutrition workers at all levels. To evaluate the effectiveness of the training, a communication survey was conducted on 684 trainees. More than 70% of people responded correctly to the 12 main questions of training. 62.7% of people participated in nutrition field work. 16.4% to 43.4% of people can apply the nutrition improvement measures they learned to work in the field.
