上海城市地下空间开发和利用发展很快,而中心城区的地下空间开发又具有其独有的特点,这一切对基坑工程的施工风险控制提出了更高的要求。基坑工程是一个复杂的系统工程,如何控制施工风险是工程各参与方都十分关心的问题,特别是工程施工方的风险控制将直接影响到整个工程风险控制的结果。本文结合在建的上海轨交13号线淮海中路站工程实例,分析、探讨了工程建设中施工方风险控制的策略及手段,望能对上海地区类似的工程提供借鉴。
Shanghai urban underground space development and utilization of the rapid development, and the central city of underground space development has its own unique characteristics, all of this pit project construction risk control put forward higher requirements. The foundation pit project is a complicated systematic project. How to control the construction risk is a very concerned issue of the project participants. Especially, the risk control of the project construction party will directly affect the result of the whole project risk control. Based on the case of Huaihai Middle Road Station in Shanghai Metro Line 13, this paper analyzes and discusses the construction side risk control strategies and measures, hope to provide reference for similar projects in Shanghai.
