针对煤岩加载过程中其表面平均红外辐射温度(AIRT)信息离散与特征不明显的难题,分析了煤单轴压缩加载试验中AIRT噪声特征,阐述了进行AIRT去噪的必要性,提出了带参照试样的AIRT去噪方法。在煤单轴压缩红外辐射试验过程中,传统的去噪试验操作方法不能去除或有效降低噪声,外界环境(包括空气流动、环境温度变化等)和仪器产生的AIRT噪声,足以掩盖加载(应力)造成的红外辐射变化量(ΔAIRT)。参照试样去噪方法的关键是在试验观测系统中,添加一块参照试样(煤样),以参照煤样的ΔAIRT作为基准,对单轴压缩加载煤样的ΔAIRT进行去噪。研究结果表明,参照试样去噪方法可以有效去噪,并以去噪后的煤样表面平均红外辐射温度变化量(ΔAIRT’)为指标,分析了真实的煤单轴压缩加载破裂过程中的红外辐射变化特征。
