本文报道了黄酮类化合物木犀草素(祛痰新药)和山奈酚的全合成,改进了合成山奈酚的最后两步反应,即化合物Ⅶ的Algar-Flynn-Oymada氧化反应及化合物Ⅸ的脱甲基反应。以间苯三酚为原料合成木犀草素总收率为3~5%,而合成山奈酚的总收率为10~17%。
This paper reports the complete synthesis of flavonoids luteolin (expectorant new drug) and kaempferol and improve the final two-step synthesis of kaempferol, that is Algar-Flynn-Oymada oxidation of compound VII and demethylation of compound IX reaction. The total yield of luteolin synthesized from phloroglucinol was 3 to 5%, while the total yield of synthetic kaempferol was 10 to 17%.
