员工的幸福感来源于企业也最终服务于企业。其员工的幸福感总的来说可以分为心理和生理两个层面,影响因素主要有薪酬福利、工作环境、人际关系、受尊重程度等。而本文综合诸多考虑,以油田企业应该贯彻落实以人为本的科学发展观、树立以服务为先的理念为出发点,分别从建设精神家园、解决职工后顾之忧、发掘职工潜能三个方面进行阐述,希望能从根本上提升油田企业职工的幸福感。
Employee happiness comes from the business and ultimately serve the business. In general, the happiness of their employees can be divided into psychological and physical two levels, the main influencing factors are salary and benefits, working environment, interpersonal relationships, degree of respect and so on. In this paper, many considerations in this article, the oil field enterprises should implement the people-oriented scientific concept of development, and establish a service-first philosophy as a starting point, respectively, from the construction of spiritual home, to resolve staff worries and explore the potential of workers to elaborate three aspects, hoping to from Fundamentally improve the happiness of oilfield workers.
