课堂教学的有效性包括若干要素,其中之一便是教师行为的有效性,教师是课堂教育教学有效活动的策划者、组织者和领导者。教师课堂教学行为是否有效,对课堂教学效益的形成起着决定性的作用。在教学中加入适当有效的提问能让学生更积极地参与到学习过程中。有效地设问,然后给学生思考的空间和时间,让学生有这样的意识:老师在等待他们的回答,在倾听他们的思维活动,从而激发学生自主学习与思考。
The effectiveness of classroom teaching includes a number of factors, one of which is the effectiveness of teacher behavior. Teachers are the planners, organizers and leaders in the effective teaching and learning of classroom education. The effective classroom teaching of teachers plays a decisive role in the formation of classroom teaching benefits. Adding appropriate and effective questions in teaching can make students more actively involved in the learning process.
