随着社会、经济的快速发展,易衰族队伍越来越庞大,在易衰人群中老人占的比例居多,睡眠问题是易衰人群比较突出的问题,睡眠问题也严重影响了他们的生活质量。医学界对睡眠有个妙喻:“年轻需要它,中年渴望它,老年人求之而不可得。”可见老人睡眠问题困扰最大。最常见的睡眠问题是失眠,表现为不易入睡、睡中反复苏醒或早醒后不能再睡,甚至彻底不能入睡。一、睡眠问题敲响警钟失眠症对于老年人的伤害是巨大的,所以一定要引起朋友们的关注。老年人身体本来就不好,很容易因为失眠而引起一些严重的疾病出现。
