从热力学角度探讨了环烷酸- 铁- 硫化氢腐蚀体系的热力学性质,结果表明:在该体系中,腐蚀产物受硫化氢和环烷酸分压影响;钝化区为硫化氢腐蚀,硫化物在膜中的扩散为速率控制步骤;在腐蚀区为环烷酸腐蚀,环烷酸与金属表面的反应为速率控制步骤。根据相图,分析了两次出现腐蚀高峰的原因。
The thermodynamic properties of the naphthenic acid - iron - hydrogen sulfide corrosion system were discussed from the thermodynamic point of view. The results showed that the corrosion products were affected by the partial pressures of hydrogen sulfide and naphthenic acid in the system. The passivation zone was hydrogen sulfide corrosion, The diffusion in the film is a rate-controlled step; the naphthenic acid is corroded in the corrosive zone and the reaction of the naphthenic acid with the metal surface is the rate-controlling step. According to the phase diagram, the causes of the two corrosion peaks were analyzed.
