经济全球化进程中,外籍雇员管理给人力资源管理提出挑战。本文作者曾参加了中国石油工程建设公司承建的科威科石油工程项目,并与大批外籍雇员共同参与了项目建设管理的全过程。该项目是中国石油第一个海外大型建设总承包工程,是20世纪末我国经济走向世界的一项典型工程。总结这一工程项目对外籍雇员管理的经验教训,对我国外向型企业特别是海外总承包型项目具有参考价值。
In the process of economic globalization, the management of foreign employees poses challenges to human resources management. The author of this paper participated in the construction of the Keweike Petroleum Engineering Project undertaken by PetroChina Construction Engineering Corporation and participated in the whole process of project construction management with a large number of foreign employees. This project is the first large-scale general contracting project of China’s oil industry and a typical project for our country’s economy to go to the world at the end of the 20th century. Summarizing the experience and lessons learned from this project on the management of foreign employees, it has a reference value for our country’s export-oriented enterprises, especially overseas general contracting projects.
