目的:通过提高辐射器的性能进而增加肿瘤热疗的适应范围和疗效。方法:在MaxSAR(最大比吸收率)处增加垫片测量EHS,不同介质作藕合剂测量EHD。结果:增加垫片可不同程度增加ESH,最好的提高了42.9%,水作介质最好,EHD约为 3 cm。结论:通过降低热点区 SAR值的方法增加 EHS,用表面冷却法增加 EHD,提高微波辐射器性能。
OBJECTIVE: To increase the range and efficacy of hyperthermia for tumors by increasing the performance of radiators. Methods: Gaskets were measured at MaxSAR (maximum SAR) to measure EHS, and different media were used to measure EHD. Results: Increasing the pad increased ESH to some extent with the best increase of 42.9%. The best medium for water was EHD, which was about 3 cm. Conclusion: The EHS can be increased by reducing the SAR value of the hot spot, and the EHD can be increased by the surface cooling method to improve the performance of the microwave applicator.
