文章通过调查研究的方式,对中小学教师的内隐智力观念进行了研究。结果发现:中小学教师的内隐智力观念中主要包括知识学习和创新能力、社会适应能力、一般认知能力、自我控制和计划能力、求知能力、人际能力六种因素。中学教师与小学教师在内隐智力观念上存在较明显的差异,小学教师较注重认知因素,中学教师较注重社会适应能力;教龄长的教师与教龄短的教师在内隐智力观念上存在较明显的区别,教龄长的教师更强调认知因素在智力评价中的重要性。
Through the way of investigation and study, the article studied the implicit intelligence concepts of primary and secondary school teachers. The results show that primary and secondary teachers’ implicit intelligence concepts mainly include six factors: knowledge learning and innovation, social adaptability, general cognitive ability, self-control and planning ability, knowledge-seeking ability and interpersonal competence. Secondary school teachers and primary school teachers in the concept of implicit intelligence there are more obvious differences, primary school teachers pay more attention to cognitive factors, secondary school teachers pay more attention to social adaptability; teaching age teachers and teachers with short teaching age there is more implicit intelligence concept The obvious difference is that teachers of teaching age emphasize the importance of cognitive factors in intelligence evaluation.
