This paper describes a set of self-built fiber-optic phase-noise suppression system. The noise floor second-order stability obtained by out-of-loop self-beat frequency measurement is 6.8 × 10-18, and the average time after 2000s reaches 2.3 × 10-19. The system realizes the transmission of the actual optical fiber link with a length of 1.6 km. After the transmission, the second-level stability of the self-beat signal outside the loop reaches 1.2 × 10-17. Based on the 808 m actual optical fiber link connecting the two laboratories, the system was applied to the comparison of two 1.5 μ m ultrastable laser systems on a commercial product. The linewidth of a single laser system was measured by beat frequency measurement at 0.54 ± 0.15 Hz, The second-level frequency stability is 1.2 × 10-15.
