目的探讨医护人员主观幸福感的现状及影响因素。方法采用综合幸福问卷对西安市180名在职医护人员进行调查,回收有效问卷147份。结果①医护人员的幸福指数(5.87±1.09)分,医生与护士在正性情感(t=2.13,P<0.05)、生命活力(t=2.46,P<0.05)和利他行为(t=3.52,P<0.05)的得分差异显著;②年龄、性别、职业、编制、学历、职称、月薪、工作时间、工作地点均会影响主观幸福感,影响显著的是学历(F=3.00,P<0.05)、月薪(F=2.88,P<0.05)。结论医护人员的主观幸福感处于比较低的水平,受多种因素影响。
Objective To explore the status quo and influential factors of subjective well-being of medical staff. Methods The comprehensive happiness questionnaire was used to investigate 180 in-service medical staff in Xi’an and 147 valid questionnaires were collected. Results ① The happiness index of medical staff (5.87 ± 1.09), the positive correlation between life expectancy (t = 2.46, P <0.05) and altruistic behavior (t = 3.52, (F = 3.00, P <0.05); ② Age, gender, occupation, establishment, academic record, job title, monthly salary, working hours and work place all affect subjective well-being. , Monthly salary (F = 2.88, P <0.05). Conclusion The subjective well-being of health care workers is at a relatively low level, influenced by many factors.
