1 系统组成及工作原理 本系统由多个检测单元与数据处理中心组成。每个检测单元通过超声方式对需要检测部件的表面进行实时检测。当被检测部件出现异常情况,如即将破损、异常破损等,超声传感器检测出异常信号并记录下来;然后,向处理中心发出数据传送请求;得到允许后,将当前数据及该数据前一时刻的数据一起通过无线(或有线)通信方式传到数据处理中心;处理中心根据检测单元数据进行处理分析;判断破损类型、程度并精确定位破损位置等;产生报警信号。
