我国加入WTO组织以来,外国企业的进入给我给的企业带来了不小的冲击,国内与国际企业间的竞争越来越激烈。企业生存与发展的核心竞争力是人力资源管理,人力资源管理的作用在全球范围内的企业竞争中格外明显。目前我国中小企业的人力资源管理还不够完善,存在很多问题,解决这些问题,使中小企业具有竞争力得以健康、快速、长远的发展。
