本文提出了一种测定痕量汞的亚稳态能量转移发射光谱法(MTES)。利用Surfatron表面波激发获得活化氮。样品经电热蒸发进入反应池与活化氮混合,通过活化氮亚稳态能量转移过程被激发。在波长为253.7nm处,测得汞的检出限为0.02ng,并对实际样品进行了分析。
This paper presents a metastable energy transfer emission spectrometry (MTES) for the determination of trace mercury. Activation of nitrogen using Surfatron surface wave excitation. The sample was electrothermally evaporated into the reaction cell and the activated nitrogen was mixed, and the activated metastable nitrogen was excited by the energy transfer process. At the wavelength of 253.7nm, the detection limit of mercury was 0.02ng, and the actual samples were analyzed.
