松下电子公司和日本广播局(NHK)的科学技术研究所合作,研制出一种高清晰度电视(HDTV)手提式摄像机用的2/3英寸CCD摄像器件. 这种CCD采用FIT方式,集成了130万个像素.该器件的特点是动态范围70dB,拖尾-100dB,固定图形杂波-65dB。该器件可使采用1英寸CCD摄像机的重量减轻1/3。余像低于测量界限。由于采用FIT方式,拖尾寄生信号降到-100dB以下。 1英寸CCD采用1.2μm工艺,2/3英寸CCD则采用0.8μm工艺,这相当于4兆比特DRAM。
Matsushita Electric Works, in collaboration with NHK’s Institute of Science and Technology, has developed a 2/3 inch CCD camera for use with HDTV camcorders. The CCD uses the FIT method and integrates 1.3 million pixels.The device features a dynamic range of 70dB, trailing -100dB, fixed graphics noise -65dB. The device can reduce the weight of a 1-inch CCD camera by 1/3. Afterimage below the measurement limit. Due to the FIT method, the trailing parasitic signal drops below -100 dB. A 1-inch CCD uses a 1.2-μm process while a 2/3-inch CCD uses a 0.8-μm process, equivalent to 4-Mbit DRAM.
