以连续 9a不同施肥停肥 2 a的土壤为材料 ,分析了 6种不同土壤微生物类群、4种土壤酶及 4种生化作用强度和 5项养分因子的变化。结果表明 ,石灰性土壤上 ,停肥 2 a后长期不同施肥对土壤硝化菌、氨化菌数量及硝化、氨化和纤维素分解作用的影响后效较对土壤酶大 ;对土壤有机质及氮素养分影响不大 ,而对土壤磷素特别是速效磷有明显增加作用 ;对作物产量亦有显著后效 ,而且这种后效与对土壤硝化菌数量的影响密切关系。
The changes of soil microbial biomass, soil enzyme, four kinds of biochemical action and five nutrient factors in six different soil microbial communities were analyzed using 9 years of continuous fertilization and 2 years of soilless fertilization. The results showed that the effect of long-term fertilization on soil nitrifying bacteria, ammonifying bacteria, nitrification, ammonification and cellulose decomposition in calcareous soil after 2 days were higher than that of soil enzyme after long-term different fertilizer application.
