杂文最能体现国人的人格变化。建国后杂文创作的几度沉浮都清晰地反映了当代中国文化人格的嬗变，同时，这种嬗变也直接地影响着杂文的品格。无论是“坚毅反叛”型人格，还是“三家村”人格，抑或“嬉皮士”之风莫不如是。从文化人格视角上考查当代杂文，利于找出国人人格中的利弊，同时为杂文研究提供一个新的思路。
Essay can best reflect the personality changes of the people. After the founding of the PRC, several ups and downs in the creation of essays clearly reflected the evolution of contemporary Chinese cultural personalities. At the same time, this evolution also directly affected the essay’s character. Whether it is “perseverative rebellion” personality, or “three villages” personality, or “hippies,” the style is better. Examining contemporary essays from the perspective of cultural personality helps to find out the pros and cons of personality in Chinese and provides a new way of thinking for essay research.
