测定14例正常人肱二头肌以不同强度等长收缩时在疲劳前后肌电功率谱中心频率(CF)的变化,并与收缩力衰减曲线进行比较。结果表明,CF在肌肉疲劳时向低频转移,并与肌肉疲劳有较好的相关性。最大收缩力(MCV)下降至50%时所对应的中心频率下降曲线对疲劳较敏感,较能反映疲劳程度。由于与50%MCV所对应的中心频率可以在测试开始时预先估算,易于实现实时检测,具有较大实用价值。
The changes of the center frequency (EMF) of the biceps before and after fatigue were measured in 14 cases of normal biceps with equal strength and contrasted with those of the contractile force decay curve. The results showed that CF migrated to low frequency during muscle fatigue and had a good correlation with muscle fatigue. The decrease of central frequency corresponding to the maximal contractile force (MCV) decreased to 50% is more sensitive to fatigue and better reflects the degree of fatigue. Since the center frequency corresponding to 50% of the MCV can be estimated at the beginning of the test, it is easy to realize real-time detection and has great practical value.
