本文指出,发展争议较大的103阀是一种不负责任的表现。与其GK型、103型和ABDW型三种阀共存,倒不如GK型和ABDW型两种阀共存,这样对混编中性能协调、技术管理等均有利。103阀在保压,常用和紧急制动灵敏度,缓解充气稳定性方面均比K型与ABDW型阀的车辆混编性能差。我们正要向长大列车发展,需要延长GK阀的制动缸充、排气时间,只要把ABDW阀的数据调整到能与GK阀车辆混编即可。
This article points out that the development of a controversial 103 valve is an irresponsible performance.
