目的:本文旨在探讨厚朴对正常和休克时胃肠运动的影响,以期为临床治疗重症感染伴发胃肠运动功能障碍提供新的药物。方法:Wistar雄性大鼠,用药前1W在大鼠的胃、十二指肠、空肠的浆膜面埋置银丝双极电极,随机分为4组(每组1O只):正常对照组经静注和灌胃给与相当量的生理盐水,正常厚朴用药组给与厚朴水煎剂(6.5g.kg,灌胃),单纯休克组经颈静脉给予大肠杆菌0111B4内毒素(15mg.kg~(-1)),休克厚朴用药组在注入内毒素后即刻给予厚朴水煎剂(剂量同上),观察药物对胃肠电的影响。结果:正常厚朴用药组的胃肠电快波的频率和振幅指数均高于正常对照组(P<0.001),且维持3h之久;内毒素休克时胃电快波频率大于5次/min,胃电快波的振幅指数、十二指肠、空肠电的快波频率及振幅指数均明显降低,厚朴水煎剂(剂量同上)使休克时的胃肠电抑制得到明显改善,胃电快波的振幅指数升至26.94±8.39μv/min(单纯休克组:14.88±2.62μv/min,P<0.001),休克用厚朴组及单纯休克组的十二指肠、空肠电的快波频率(次/min)及振幅指数(μv/min)分别为13.08±0.91vs8.89±0.80、100.86±4.96vs68.58±4.76、22.06±0.89vs12.3±1.01、157.22±16.30vs 108.75±8.34,两者比较具有显著性差异,P<0.001。结论:厚朴具有兴奋正常胃肠运动的作用,且明显改善?
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of Magnolia officinalis on gastrointestinal motility during normal and shock, in order to provide new drugs for clinical treatment of severe infection with gastrointestinal motility dysfunction. METHODS: Male Wistar rats were imbedded with silver bipolar electrodes on the serous surface of the stomach, duodenum, and jejunum of rats 1 W before treatment. They were randomly divided into 4 groups (1 O in each group): normal control group A considerable amount of normal saline was given intravenously and gavagely. The normal Magnolia group was given Magnolia decoction (6.5 g.kg, gavage), and the simple shock group was given via jugular vein E. coli 0111B4 endotoxin (15 mg. Kg ~ (-1)), shock Houpu medication group immediately after injection of endotoxin Houpo decoction (dose ibid), observe the effect of drugs on gastrointestinal electrical. RESULTS: The frequency and amplitude index of gastrointestinal electric fast wave in the normal Magnolia drug group were higher than those in the normal control group (P<0.001) and maintained for 3 hours; the gastric fast wave frequency was greater than 5 times/min during endotoxic shock. The amplitude index of fast wave of stomach and stomach, fast wave frequency of the duodenum and jejunum, and amplitude index were all significantly reduced. The fast wave amplitude index rose to 26.94±8.39 μv/min (shock shock group: 14.88±2.62 μv/min, P<0.001). The duodenum and jejunal fast wave of shock were used in the Magnolia group and the shock group alone. The frequency (time/min) and amplitude index (μv/min) were 13.08±0.91 vs 8.89±0.80, 100.86±4.96 vs 68.58±4.76, 22.06±0.89 vs 12.3±1.01, 157.22±16.30 vs 108.75±8.34, respectively. There was a significant difference between the two, P<0.001. Conclusion: Hopu has the effect of stimulating normal gastrointestinal motility, and it is obviously improved.
