目的 观察蛋白聚糖 (agrin)在生后大脑皮质不同发育阶段的表达 ,探讨其与大脑皮质发育的关系。方法 免疫组织化学方法。 结果 Agrin在生后不同发育阶段的表达变化明显。生后第 1d ,agrin的表达很低 ,第2d开始迅速上升 ,6d时达到高峰 ,以后逐渐下降 ,第 4周时降至成年鼠水平。并且 ,agrin的表达与大脑皮质各层神经元发育顺序不尽一致。 结论 Agrin是一种与大脑皮质发育有关的蛋白聚糖 ,它对神经元的发育成熟可能有重要作用。
Objective To observe the expression of agrin in different developmental stages of cerebral cortex after birth and to explore its relationship with the development of cerebral cortex. Methods Immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of Agrin changed significantly at different developmental stages after birth. On the first day after birth, the expression of agrin was very low, rapidly rising on the 2nd day, reaching the peak on the 6th day and then decreasing gradually. It dropped to the level of the adult mouse on the 4th week. Moreover, the expression of agrin is not consistent with the developmental order of neurons in all layers of cerebral cortex. Conclusion Agrin is a proteoglycan associated with cerebral cortex development and may play an important role in the development and maturation of neurons.
