本文报道了用水热反应制备BaFe_(12)O_(19)铁氧体,用磁性分析,X射线衍射分析,穆斯堡尔谱以及电子显微镜研究其相变过程。本文采用GD05型高压釜,分析纯原料,进行下列两种水热反应以生成BaFe_(12)O_(19)相 。A)α-FeOOH(或α-Fe_2O_3)与Ba(OH)_2水溶液进行水热反应。B)采用化学共沉淀工艺,生成BaFe_(12)O_(19)配比的共沉淀料,然后再进行水热反应。
This paper reports the hydrothermal reaction of BaFe_ (12) O_ (19) ferrite. The phase transitions of BaFe_ (12) O_ (19) are studied by magnetic analysis, XRD, Mossbauer spectroscopy and electron microscopy. In this paper, GD05 type autoclave was used to analyze pure raw materials. The following two hydrothermal reactions were carried out to produce BaFe_ (12) O_ (19) phase. A) Hydrothermal reaction of α-FeOOH (or α-Fe_2O_3) with Ba (OH) _2 aqueous solution. B) The coprecipitates of BaFe_ (12) O_ (19) were prepared by chemical coprecipitation process, and then hydrothermal reaction was carried out.
