员工培训是企业人力资源增值的重要措施,在企业的日常工作中得到管理者的高度重视。但在企业的实际培训工作中,缺乏培训需求分析、培训内容短视,管理者与员工培训态度不端正等问题,使企业的预期培训效果难以实现。文章结合培训存在的问题进行思考,探索如何做好员工的培训工作,并提出相关建议,以期为我国人力资源工作者提供有益借鉴。
Staff training is an important measure of human resource value-added enterprises in the daily work of the enterprise get the attention of managers. However, in the actual training of enterprises, the lack of training needs analysis, short-sighted training content, managers and staff training attitude is not correct and so on, so that the expected effect of the enterprise training is difficult to achieve. This article combines the training problems to explore and explore how to do a good job of staff training, and put forward relevant suggestions in order to provide useful reference for our human resources workers.
