随着社会经济水平的不断提升,建筑工程项目逐渐增多,而项目的一次性使其不确定性要比其他一些经济活动大许多,项目风险的可预测性也就差很多,一旦出现大的风险,则很难补救,特别是出现一些非常复杂、非线性极强、不确定性极高的非技术性和非经济问题,致使项目目标不能如期实现。所以,为了保障建筑工程项目的各项计划目标顺利完成,一定要对这些风险因素进行早发现早解决。在文章中,基于层次分析法,将其应用到建筑工程项目风险管理工作中,对其进行了研究和阐述,为工程项目成功实施提供了主要依据。

The project risk is also much less predictable. In the event of a big risk , It is very difficult to remedy the situation. In particular, some non-technical and non-economic problems that are extremely complex, highly non-linear and highly uncertain will emerge, so that the project objectives can not be achieved on schedule. Therefore, in order to ensure the smooth completion of various planning objectives of construction projects, we must make early detection and early settlement of these risk factors. In the article, based on analytic hierarchy process, it is applied to risk management of construction project, which is studied and elaborated, which provides the main basis for successful implementation of project.
